Here is a selection of design projects I had the pleasure of working on during my time as a packaging and product designer in NYC.

Maison de Base — Double-Wall Glass Candles — Core Home

This collection of everyday spring/summer double-wall glass candles was developed for London Drugs, a Canadian retailer. My Product Development team gave me the vessel, wick count, and art direction. I aimed for a bright, everyday color palette and scents that could transition from spring to summer on the floor. I drew the vessel based on the reference provided and designed the label and dust cover for review. I then speced the items for production. These candles are available for purchase through the London Drugs online store. The above images are linked to their respective e-commerce pages.

Maison de Base — Hand Soap & Lotion Caddy — Core Home

Hand soap and lotions are the bread and butter of the HBA team at CoreHome. This was a set designed for Mother’s Day 2024. I designed the collection based on a mood board provided by my Product Development Team. This item was then chosen to be speced. Another designer on my team took over the project to spec the file. This design was bought by Kohl’s, and it can be purchased from their website.

Mayim — Scented 14.1 oz Jar Candle — Core Home

Featured here is a Scented 14.1 oz Jar Candle I worked on during the initial development of the Home Fragrance category at Core Home. My Product Development team gave me the vessel, wick count, and art direction. I aimed for a minimalist, boho design that would appeal to a variety of customers. I drew the vessel based on the reference provided and designed the label for review. I then speced the item for production. Here is an Instagram post from the Mayim Spa account featuring this design & photo.

Maison De Base — Vanity— Core Home

During my time at Core Home, I also got the opportunity to help develop the new Vanity category. For the initial collection, I aimed for a timeless brand design. Black labels with white text and touches of gold foil. Seen here are two staple products, a shower liner and shower hooks. Both are available for sale on the London Drugs online store. Both images are linked to their respective e-commerce pages.
